Meet the visionary leading Sabiny Transformation Initiative's work for gender equality and human rights in the Sebei Sub-region.
Priscilla Kusuro is the founder of Sabiny Transformation Initiative — an alumna of the Samuel Niiwo Center Mentorship Program (2016) and the FOWADE Leadership Camp (2018). She is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation at the Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Makerere University.
She is a Certified Entrepreneurial Strategist, trainer, and coach with 6+ years of diverse grants management and project implementation experience. Multifaceted, systematic, and results-driven, she offers progressive experience across corporate governance, international development, budget administration, contract management, accounting, and financial management with busy international organizations. She has proven experience collaborating with senior management in strategic project planning and management to support and further corporate goals.
Projects she has worked on include CAP TB (Unitaid), DELTA (CDC), ALREP (European Union), NUDEIL (USAID), and P4P (UN WFP), among others — managing large teams of exempt and non-exempt employees, with an excellent ability to guide both employees and partners on donor rules and regulations.
Work with Priscilla and the STI team to transform communities across the Sebei Sub-region.
